Returns

You can return your order within 14 days after the purchase date without giving a reason. For further information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

Returns process

We ask you to send a letter via customer service form, with your order number and your statement that you wish to return the order.

If you are dissatisfied with the product, the return costs are at your own expense.

In the case of a defective product, we will reimburse the return costs afterwards!

Refund

Upon correct receipt, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible.

Report defect within the warranty period

We naturally offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased from us.

For further information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

If the purchased product has a defect, we must receive it back for processing.

Warranty process

To register the product for warranty, we ask you to send a letter via customer service form.

In the letter you can mention the order number and that there is a defect.

Please also describe the defect as extensively as possible, so that we can respond to it immediately.

We will then contact you directly for further processing.
