Returns

You can return your order within 14 days after the purchase date without giving a reason. For further information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

Returns process

We ask you to send a letter via customer service form, with your order number and your statement that you wish to return the order.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, the return costs are at your own expense. In the case of a defective product, we will reimburse the return costs afterwards!
