Order processing and Cut off time

When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
We will ship your order from Monday to Friday, if we receive confirmation of your payment before 15:00.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending the load levels of the parcel service.

Desired delivery date can also be selected (up to next 7 days) during check out.

All products offered in our web shop, are directly sent from our own inventory in The Netherlands.

• Parcel light (upto 10kg):  € 5.95
• Parcel heavy (upto 23kg): € 6.95
• Parcel light pickup point: € 5.45
• Parcel heavy pickup point: € 6.45

Tracking information is shared by email when your order is prepared for shipping.
