Report defect within the warranty period

We naturally offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased from us. For further information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions. If the purchased product has a defect, we must receive it back for processing.


Warranty process

To register the product for warranty, we ask you to send a letter via customer service form. In the letter you can mention the order number and that there is a defect. Please also describe the defect as extensively as possible, so that we can respond to it immediately. We will then contact you directly for further processing.
